What happens

Löddeköpinge was a Viking Age trading place on the Lödde river, and VikingaTider is the open-air museum built on the excavations. For Fröja Thing the site fills with market stalls, Vikings and merchants, jesters and storytellers, warriors and pirates. It is smaller and gentler than Foteviken and priced for families.

Getting there

Löddeköpinge is 25 minutes from Malmö by car and 15 from Lund, with regional buses from both. Copenhagen Airport is about 50 minutes across the Øresund Bridge.
